Prairie Ridge

Prairie Ridge is a 160-acre master-planned community located directly off Highway 163. Phase 1 of the project was completed in 2020 and includes 94 single-family lots and 25 townhome units, offering a variety of residential options in a thoughtfully designed neighborhood. Phase 1 lots are sold out, but lots are now available in Phase 2 — Prairie Ridge West — which includes 90 single-family lots.
