Corridor Plaza

Corridor Plaza is the redevelopment of the Crossroads Mall in Fort Dodge. Crossroads Mall was 30% occupied when we purchased the asset in February of 2020. Our team negotiated a 18.2 million dollar development agreement with the city of FD and we were successfully awarded 17 million dollars through the state of Iowa reinvestment district. The redevelopment will see the mall completely demolished in creating new activated mixed-use development focused on bringing retail to Fort Dodge.
