Rider Logistics Center

ATI Group partnered with Opus Development to construct Rider Logistics Center – Building 1, a 270,192 SF Class A warehouse and distribution facility at 3901 SE Park Drive in Grimes, Iowa. The building features 32’ clear height, 23 docks, 2 drive-ins (expandable), 14,976 SF bays, and 48’ x 50’ column spacing.

Located on a 61-acre, fully entitled industrial site, the project benefits from RISE-funded infrastructure and proximity to major highways—I-35 and I-80 (<1 mile) and I-235 (<8 miles). Up to 60 acres remain available for industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or warehousing use. Building 2 is planned and will mirror the design of Building 1.
