Located at the corner of 22nd Street and University Avenue in Des Moines’ vibrant Drake Neighborhood, the University Avenue Station project is a 28,000-square-foot mixed-use development designed to enhance the urban fabric near Drake University. The project will feature 35 apartment units, including ground-floor live/work spaces that aim to activate the streetscape and foster a dynamic connection between residents and the surrounding community. ATI is providing construction services for this transformative initiative, which supports neighborhood revitalization and promotes walkability, accessibility, and economic growth in the heart of the Dogtown area.
